Thank you! Our UK Christmas store raises £1,000 for our school

The staff and children of Ganet’s Adventure School pass on a big thank you to everyone who supported our 2014 Christmas store, which raised £1,000 after costs for the school in Malawi.

The money will go towards vital running costs such as classroom materials, water bills and teacher salaries in order to keep the school running.

Our Give As You Live Christmas campaign has also resulted in a large increase in money raised this way. It doesn’t cost you a penny to use, and brings in essential regular income for the school as you shop online for anything from travel to utility providers to supermarket shopping, you can still sign up here.

Special thanks go to:

Our trustees and volunteers Kate, Lisa, Deirdre, Stefanie, Steve, James, Greg, Esther, Amy, Natalie, Lucy and Pauline.

Preview Cromatic for printing our Christmas cards

Mason’s Paper for providing paper for the cards

The Rare Tea Company for supplying our ethical teas and teaware

The Island Bakery for supplying organic biscuits

FremantleMedia, Alleyn School, Dulwich College, Herne Hill Forum and Mill Road Winter Fair for finding us spaces for our market stalls

And of course everyone who purchased cards, gifts and treats from us!
