Help us increase numbers of supporters signing up to and using Give As You Live for Ganet’s Adventure School. The regular income generated by Give As You Live could provide a crucial income stream to Ganet’s Adventure School, an award-winning primary school and pre-school in Malawi. In addition, if we can get 50 new shoppers to join us by June 2013 then we will qualify for an additional bonus of £250.
Position title: Volunteer Give As You Live campaign manager
Time commitment: flexible, between 2-8 hours per week
Timescale: initially for 2-3 months, then potential for ongoing involvement
Essential skills: strong written skills, a lively persuader and motivator
Training: instruction will be given
Desirable skills: marketing/sales skills, basic web design/HTML knowledge, Social Media experience, Google Adwords experience, good at dealing with members of the public
Location: work from home/college/own office
Equipment needed: internet connection and access to a computer

Signing up to Give As You Live should be a no brainer – people who sign up can raise money for the school at no cost every time they shop online with sites signed up to Give As You Live. All you need to do is persuade people to sign up, download the widget for their web browser and start using the service, simple
You will be able to utilise our Facebook and Twitter accounts, our website, Email newsletter and also contact our supporters through our events. You will work with our Give As You Live account manager and use their comprehensive range of marketing tools, tips and templates to encourage people to sign up. This isn’t about a hard sell, if you tell people about the benefits and show them how easy it is they will sign up!
Ganet’s Adventure School Fund is a small UK registered charity based in London and run entirely by volunteers. This means we are able to channel 90% of donations direct to the school in Malawi.
