Following from the successful fundraising event at DigitasLBi, Pierre Duquesnoy, creative director at digital marketing and technology agency DigitasLBi has donated £10,000 of twitter ads to Ganet’s. Pierre won the ads in Twitter’s recent #PoweredByTweets competition.
The £10,000 donation will be used to encourage the UK public to donate to Ganet’s over the Christmas period. Blaise Palmer and Iain Phillips have brought together creative and social media teams at DigitasLBi to develop a campaign with the goal of matching the donation and raising £10,000 for Ganet’s.
The campaign, re-using the hashtag #EmpoweredByTweets, is hoping to persuade Twitter users to donate a minimum of £4 to us. It’s enough to educate a child for a month so we’re really excited about what DigitasLBi are doing.
DigitasLBi have been a key campaigner for Ganet’s this year and we are thankful for all of their help and support.
You can follow us on twitter to keep up to date with the campaign and Ganet’s.
