UK School Funds Toilet Block For Malawian Students

In March of 2018 we shared with  you images of the local Malawian builders preparing the ground and digging out the earth for much needed additional toilets. Even More Support From UK School to Ganet’s Adventure School

We are very grateful to Alleyn’s School Parents Association for further funding of £6,000 towards the running costs of the school. Steve McInerny, Chair of Ganet’s Adventure School Fund, has been liaising with the Parents Association over a number of years and Gertrude Banda is now in contact with one of the teachers and together they have run letter-writing projects between the some of the pupils of the two schools. New Textbooks To Be Funded by Alleyn’s School Founder’s Day

The Parents’ Association of Alleyn’s School are fundraising for Ganet’s Adventure School, at their Founder’s Day celebration, on July 1st.  The donations will be used to support the participation, of Standard 1 to 4 teachers at the Malawi primary school, in the National Reading Programme, being offered by the Ministry of Education.
