Ganet's Adventure School Fund

We have set up a charitable trust in the UK called Ganet’s Adventure School Fund. Simply put, our aims are to advance the education of the pupils and former pupils of Ganet’s Adventure School in Malawi.

The fund is registered for Gift Aid, meaning that UK taxpayers can make their donations grow by 28%. The easiest way to donate with or without Gift Aid is via our Virgin Money Giving account page.

Who are we?

For those interested in the administration of the fund, we are set up as a charitable trust. Our trustees are Steve McInerny, Stefanie Posavec and Kate Hauxwell. Steve has been supporting the school since volunteering there in 2005, Stefanie (Steve’s wife) has supported it too since visiting Malawi in 2005 and Kate is our education expert, having taught for many years in the UK and also for two years in Malawi.

In addition to the trustees, we have a network of supporters around the world, a partner school in the UK and an active volunteer programme. To find out how you can get involved, please email Steve.

Is Ganet’s Adventure Fund a registered charity?

Yes, we are registered with the UK Charity Commission, registered number 1141352.
