The totals are in, and after selling over 3,300 Christmas cards this year, over £1,100 was raised for Ganet’s Adventure School. Gertrude Banda, the school principal, sends her thanks to all of you who bought cards and donated money and services. This is an improvement on last year’s total of 2,500 cards sold and £900 raised.

Particular thanks go out to www.preview-design.co.uk, who donated printing services; PaperCo, who donated the paper for the cards; Natascha and Michael at the Michael Ruh glassblowing studio, who kindly offered us a space for a stall at the Parkhall Open Studios weekend; Brockwell Art Services who became the first retailer to sell our cards and market research company SPA who became the first company to use our cards for their corporate Christmas cards.

Finally, thanks to all our supporters who sold cards to friends, family and colleagues, without you we couldn’t have done this.

The money raised will go towards the building of new permanent classrooms, more details on this to follow soon.
